Not all Porridge and Deep Fried Mars Bars

Just spent a few days in Scotland near the River Tay. running workshops  Fantastic views and great organic food provided by my hosts at in Newburgh,  and not so healthy cake provided by students with wonderful tea service before tea added). Its not all porridge and deep fried Mars bar. But my morning porridge was the best and beautifully presented.
