Reviews my book

I have been asked if I would review my own book...a bit too narcisistic! However given that the The Found Object in Textile Art is intended to open up our 'creative souls' through having an open 'Magpie mind' with textiles and mixed media, some reviews are coming to my attention from the States where is has recently been published. Feel free to follow the links and I am happy for anyone to post their comments. After all the book is out there and I should have the strength to be critiqued!

The book came yesterday and what little I've had to explore in it is very exciting. I'm very inspired. Thanks for putting your ideas to paper.

Excuse me--I was in such a rush to let you know how much I love the book, I left out part of my thought. I meant "had TIME to explore"--my bad. Your book is great!

thanks Marilyn

It is a book of ideas and to stimulate your own creativity through the found...I hope. Learning to play and explore and the motivation of the found as a source of stimulus. I wanted to capture my approach but place it within the domain of your learning and enjoying.

so enjoy
