Stitch with Intent: Exhibitions and teaching
EXHIBITIONS
A collection of my ‘garden pots’, Cultivate, which started as a small collection with Gypsy Maker in 2024-5 has grown and I have quite a collection. Some new pieces have been accepted for exhibition in the STITCH That Bit Back as part of Fringe Arts Bath from 22 May – 6 June 2026.
Curated by Katarina Orolinová and Chloe Savage, the show brings together fibre works that challenge the long-held idea of textiles as passive, decorative, or confined to the domestic sphere. Here, thread becomes a tool for tension, resistance, and transformation—where softness carries strength and every material choice holds intent.

As mid-summer approaches, The Shipping Forecast will have brief foray locally to St Mary's Church in Burham in Place, an exhibition with Rosie James Artist, on the weekend of 20/21st June, 11-4pm. I am excited to see how Rosie's Crowd Cloud and my work interact as an installation in response to the church environment .
